Blocks of rooms have been reserved for the 10th Biennial Northeast Regional Meeting at two conveniently located hotels within walking distance to the Conference site. The Omni Hotel at Yale at 155 Temple Street, New Haven, CT 06510 and the Courtyard Marriott at Yale at 30 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511.

Please make your reservations at the hotel of your choice before August 10, 2004 to qualify for the discounted rate of $93 + taxes per night (Single, Double). Thereafter, the hotel's regular rates of $129.00 will apply. A child under 18 may share the parent's room at no extra charge at the Omni. It must be specified at time of reservation.

Indoor parking is available at the Omni for hotel guests at the rate of $14 per day. Check-in 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and Check-out 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted prior to 12:00 noon local hotel time on the day of arrival.
